As a design lead, I managed the redesign of Alfa-Business. With a team of 5 ICs I created a system for product growth needs.
I've always been most inspired working at the intersection of business strategy and design. Having a degree in mathematics, I enjoy building holistic systems and using my strategical mindset when collaborating with product teams.

I excel in designing digital products in various setups: as IC and manager; in b2c and b2b; in startups and enterprises.
I thrive in UX experimentation and developing a holistic digital experience for users.
I have led design work of five 0-1 products in Vivid Money: social network for investors, in-app shopping, onboarding for new b2b branch, etc.
I led a team of 5 fantastic product designers at Alfa-Bank and mentored 40+ designers outside work.

My main motivation of creating digital experiences is to provide people with more opportunities. I believe that human potential is limitless and the mission of digital environment is to nourish it.
